Why it's Fair
This kit sat at $9.99 for over three years, then hit $7.00 on a coupon for two weeks in Aug 2025. That is the only sale in the record, so it's a hint, not a pattern. The price rose to $11.99 on Oct 20 and has not come back down even once, so the record doesn't show a drop-back. Sale odds are 0% and nothing is announced. On a cheap item a coupon could still show up, so don't pay much attention to the 'fair' label if you can hold off.
