Patience is a power tool.
Hard to Wait tracks Harbor Freight's prices and coupons, learns when each tool tends to go on sale, and stamps it Buy, Wait or Fair. It's built by the people who use it, so the way in is to pitch in.
Your extension is signed up but hasn't sent 25 pages yet. Keep shopping; it lets you in on its own.
How you get in
- Add the extension. Chrome only, for now.
- Shop harborfreight.com like you normally do. The extension writes down the prices and coupons the pages show you. Nothing else.
- After 25 pages, you're in. Open the extension and hit "Open Hard to Wait". It signs you in here.
What it does on Harbor Freight's pages
- A Buy, Wait or Fair stamp on every product while you browse. You get these from the first page.
- Once you're in: a tag on each product page with its price history, the lowest it's been, when the next sale usually lands, and every coupon that applies, pictures included.
- A running count of the pages you've sent and a rank to go with it. The ranks are not prestigious.
What it sends
Item numbers, names, prices and coupons from Harbor Freight's product and category pages, plus which page they came from. Also your selected store's number and the prices HF shows for it, unless you switch that off in the popup. Never your cart, account, orders, search history, or anything from any other site. The privacy policy has the details.
