Why it's Fair
This wrench has sat at $49.99 since early 2024, with only two dips in the record: a $44.99 coupon in July 2024 and 25% off ALL Bauer tools for Oct 23 to 25 at $37.49. That deal ended six days ago, and sale_odds put a better sale within six weeks at only about 4%. A leaked ad (not confirmed by Harbor Freight) shows this wrench as one of seven free picks with a $99.99 kit, Nov 23 to 30, in store. It's worth up to $129.99, but it's only a reason to wait if you want the kit, so it doesn't change the call for buying the wrench alone.
