Why it's Fair
The price sat at $33.99 to $35.99 for over four years, then went to $39.99 on Oct 24 as a regular price, not a sale. The record shows no sales and no coupons, so there's no rhythm or event to point to a drop in the next six weeks. It could ease back, but the record has no example of that happening, so I won't call a wait. If you need it, it's a bit high but not a deal you'd lose.
