Why it's Fair
The record shows $149.99 the whole time, first as the regular shelf price and since mid-October as a listed sale off $169.99. Two coupons at $149.99 match today and don't beat it. The record is under a year old, so holiday deals like Black Friday may simply be missing, but nothing is announced and no sale in the record has gone below today. No strong reason to rush or to wait.
