$37.99 is the shelf price, but this sander has hit $19.99 about 20 times in four years, most recently Oct 5-18.
Put the drill down. It's had 20 sales since Jun 2022 that would beat today's price, usually 50% off ($19.99). Less often lately: 3 in the past year. From spots like today's, one came within six weeks about 5 times in 10.
Why it's Wait
The record shows a $19.99 coupon or sale on this sander again and again since 2022, and it has dropped to $14.99 to $17.99 a few times. Today's $37.99 is the regular price, nearly double the usual deal. The last $19.99 ended Oct 18, and a 25% off Bauer coupon ran Oct 23-25. Sales have gotten rarer lately and the odds of a better one in six weeks are only about 22%, so the next dip may be a while. Nothing is announced yet, but last November and the one before both had $17 to $20 deals, and coupons here often start without warning.
Next sale, maybe: Mid November, around $20. Possible.
