Benton Harbor, MI shelf$9.99$2.00 under the online shelf price
$11.99 is its normal price; it dipped to $9.99 for one day on Oct 16, 2026.
$11.99 is about its normal price.
- It went 25% off ($8.99) in early November two years ago. One sale is a hint, not a pattern.
Why it's Fair
The tow strap has sat at $11.99 for most of the last year, with a $9.99 stretch from April to early August 2025 and a single-day sale on Oct 16. Sale odds for a better price within six weeks are about 1%, and no coupon is announced. It's a cheap item, so a $2 drop is about 17%, and one store's shelf was seen at $9.99 on Oct 17. That is one sale and one low stretch, not a reliable rhythm, so a quick dip could come back without warning.
Next sale, maybe: No telling when, around $10. A long shot.
